My PC has suddenly slowed down

As per the title, my PC has slowed down out of the blue. The disks are running fine(SSD). The ram is 8gb cpu is also fine but like since yesterday, the pc has gotten noticeably slower and i can only do basic stuff like notepad and all without lag, but using the browser(OperaGX) for some time and it starts to lag. especially noticeable when i scroll twitter. before yesterday everything worked fine but now it isn't please help.
