Blue screens while doing various things

Greetings,

Over the last few months, I've gotten blue screens while doing various things(e.g. tabbing out of a program, exiting sleep mode, starting Netflix...)
I'll attach a minidump file to the latest blue screen which is after I woke up the system from sleep mode. My PC should be up to date and I try to routinely clean it up. The only thing not working 100% is a certain Windows Update, which needs more space on my recovery partition, but Windows won't let me resize the partition.
Anyways, I assume or rather hope, that that's not the problem at hand.

    Hello, I'm here to help.

    The dump file shows that software named ViGEmBus is causing problems, please uninstall it.
