Frequent bluescreen issues

I've been having issues with my pc crashing randomly when I'm working or playing games for the past few months and need some extra help diagnosing the issue.

Blue screens are labeled with the following: multiple "system service exception," two "kernel security check failure," one "page fault in nonpaged area," and one "IRQL not less or equal."

My own research made me think this was a ram issue and I did multiple Memtests to attempt to find the problem, but both ram sticks passed the tests.

While looking through the event viewer now I'm also seeing a number of errors with "The Secure Boot update failed to update a Secure Boot variable with error Secure Boot is not enabled on this machine" which may be causing some of the issues as well, possibly?

Here is the most recent Memory.dmp file as well: *deleted*

If there's anything else needed please let me know! Otherwise I think my next steps here are to run a Driver verifier.

Hi Deidre,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll try to help you.

It is not recommended to share a full memory dump, some personal data may be extracted, thou this is not an easy task. Minidumps are enough in most cases.

The dump points to hardware. Please update BIOS.

Run Windows memory diagnostic tool and switch it to extended mode when it starts (F1 key). Note, test hang at ~21% for more than 5-8 hours means memory error too.

Turn off XMP mode in BIOS if it is turned on.

And please check your RAM modes (voltage, frequency, timings) are in compliance with numbers in the motherboard compatibility list for your RAM model.

I have updated the BIOS as per your instructions and spent the last day using my pc in situations it would previously blue screen in and so far it has been better than fine! All other tests have been clear so I think this was the issue I was having. Thank you so much for the help! And for informing me about not sharing a full memory dump!

In response to your inquiry, I recommend that you verify whether you have overclocked your GPU or CPU. Overclocking can cause certain issues. Additionally, ensure that your Windows operating system is up to date with the latest patches and that your graphics drivers are also up to date. Finally, consider updating your firmware, as this may resolve your problem.
