    Hello, Joshuacz

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Hello, thank you for your feedback here, it seems that you are experiencing a situation where your computer appears to require you to activate it.

In order to help you better, can I ask you the source of your computer or if you can find out the activation code for your current computer or is it the oem activation code that comes with it.

You can first refer to the following steps to share some information so that I can help you better:

    (1) Activation Troubleshooting:

Using the Windows Activation troubleshooter - Microsoft Support

    (2) Reactivate Windows 11 after replacing the hardware:
Reactivating Windows after a hardware change - Microsoft Support

    (3) Activate Windows 11:

    Activate Windows - Microsoft Support

If the above doesn't work either, please open cmd as administrator, type slmgr /xpr to take a screenshot, and

Open cmd again, type slmgr /dlv, also take a screenshot, and then share it here, I'll do some checking for specific information.

    Best regards
