Microsoft problems.

Question

Microsoft used to be a great company, owned by a guy that I actually loved and liked! But after he retired a few years ago, I started noticing annoying bugs and glitches that are making my life a living hell. For example, I wanna add my phone number into my Microsoft account as an alias for something important and personal, whoever I keep getting the damned "try another verification method" every singular time, even if I wait for 2 days or longer. Which caused me to miss "important" matters and things. Another thing is the support agents don't really support you, all they do is copy and paste messages that keep asking for images of the error. "Remember that Microsoft is automated"- I'VE BEEN EXPERIENCING THESE PROBLEMS FOR YEARS, I MIGHT AS WELL SWITCH TO LINUX, BECAUSE I'VE BEEN SEEING ERRORS EVEN AFTER MY LITTLE SISTER WAS BORN! 3 YEARS AGO! tldr: I'm losing hope for this company and app, but since people already had lost hope for this company, I might as well do too.

Worse thing is that people from 2 years ago are still experiencing THESE, so it's clear the Microsoft development team hasn't fixed these issues for some reason despite all the backslash. They are basically ASKING to be outclassed by Google and even yahoo at this point if they continue ignoring these huge problems.
