1.) Perform sfc and run the DISM command to check, scan, and restore the health of the system files by following the steps below.
*On powershell (admin), enter each command below:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
After all has been processed, Restart your device
2.) Create a local user or administrator account and see if the issue persists there.

Thanks for responding, following this thread: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/the-update-option-in-windows-settings-disappeared/0f1e9f72-0d4c-428e-bc9e-adfb6d65f2ef has successfully enabled the windows update option.But now i have ran into another problem as it isnt fully working yet.
