Computer Keeps Restarting Unexpectedly

Recently, my computer has been restarting unexpectedly for the past week, sometimes even failing to reboot.

This seems to happen more frequently when I'm playing games.

It doesn't go through a blue screen; instead, the screen just goes blank and then the system restarts.

According to an AI analysis of the minidump files, it seems to be an issue related to the graphics card driver. However, updating the driver didn't solve the problem. The core temperature looks normal, so it shouldn't be an overheating issue. The AI also suggested trying to update the VBIOS, but I don't know how to do that, and it seems risky, right?

So, I decided to ask the community for help. Thanks to anyone who is willing to assist!

I have tried 5 different driver versions, but none have solved the problem. Changing driver versions doesn't seem to be the right solution.

After one of the crashes, the system even crashed again right after booting up, repeatedly restarting until it offered the option to enter Safe Mode.

I observed that after playing graphically demanding games, whether during gameplay or after closing the game, the system enters a highly unstable state prone to crashing.

Is there any other information I can provide to help diagnose the situation, or are there any other things I can try?

That new minidump file also indicates it is the Nvidia drivers that caused that new crash.

Try installing a couple of other versions of the Nvidia drivers to try to find a version that is stable on your system, there are many problems with Nvidia drivers causing BSOD's at the moment

    Hi, Dave, thanks for helping.

I uninstalled driver by DDU, reinstall the third newest driver, and it died again while I was watching Youtube.

It doesn't seem to be very effective. Actually, I was using a version of the driver from a few months ago before this, and it was only after a few crashes that I decided to try the latest version.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump file indicates that it is the device driver on your Nvidia graphics card that is causing the system to crash

Completely remove the current Nvidia device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the Nvidia website to download and install a slightly older version of the Nvidia device driver.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.
