Can't log into Microsoft account

I can't log into my microsoft account because when i try to log into office it requires windows hello. I don't even remember creating one. I tried steps from the simmilar case but i can't remove contents of NGC. I tried some commands from internet but it doesn't work because of this kind of problem - There was no mapping between account names and security IDs.
