All of my keyboard keys are not working except that of the power button. USB keyboard was ok at first but then it would just suddenly type on its own. What should I do?

    Hello, Leverenth Cristyl Joaquin

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

Thank you for your feedback. This sounds like a serious keyboard issue that could involve both hardware and software. Here are some troubleshooting options:

You can try to see if you can access the BIOS and see if the keyboard works in the BIOS. If it works in BIOS, you can try to update it or the keyboard driver. If it still doesn't work, we suggest you reinstall windows, please backup your important data before doing this.

How to: Perform a Custom Installation of Windows 11 and Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

If it doesn't work in BIOS, it means that your hardware may have problems, we suggest you contact a professional computer repairer or manufacturer to get help.

I look forward to your feedback, which can help me locate your problem.

    Best Regards,

    Aaron| Microsoft Community Support Specialist
