Why dose my pc keep crashing?

Hi, I bought a gaming PC about a year ago, and since then I have had problems with it. At first, it was everything I wanted, but after some months it started crashing and having blue screens, and I just ended up not using my PC at all. But a couple of weeks ago I said that I really wanted to use my PC.I fixed the blue screens, and now only my games are crashing. But I have a powerful PC. Everything is smooth, but randomly, my game just crashes with no error, and my temps seem to be good. I even tried to use stress tests, and even those are running very well, but as soon as I enter a game after 15-30 minutes, it crashes, so if anyone could help me, I would be extremely thankful.

This is my PC specs.

Intel 11400f

Gtx 1660 Super

32Gb of ram

GIGABYTE B560 HD3

Aerocool Cylon 4 ARGB

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Performance and system failures

The minidump analysis showing GenuineIntel.sys as the module name suggests an issue related to the Intel processor or its associated drivers.

Please visit your PC’s support page to download and install the recommended chipset drivers. While you're there, also check for any available BIOS updates that may need to be installed.

Nals

Hi, good day! I'm Nals and I'll be happy to assist you today.

To better understand and resolve the issue you're experiencing, it would be helpful to analyze the minidump files generated by your system.

Could you please share these files with me? You can find them in the following location:

    1. C:\Windows\Minidump
    2. Copy the minidump files to your Desktop, then compress them into a ZIP file.
    3. Upload the ZIP file to a cloud service (such as OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.), and create a shareable link.
    4. Share the link here so we can review the files for you.

    Regards,

    Nals
