OS: Windows 11 Home

I got my first BSOD out of nowhere. I'm not that well versed in computers, but really hope someone can help me?

Event Viewer Screenshot and message on bottom:

Metadata staging failed, result=0x80070490 for container '{00000000-0000-0000-FFFF-FFFFFFFFFFFF}'

    Hi KimisaMaj, This is Ramesh.

Please check the "c:\windows\minidump" folder for recent crash dumps and share them on OneDrive if you find any.

The "Metadata staging failed, result=0x80070490" errors in the event log are unrelated to the BSOD. They appear due to a broken metadata URL at Microsoft's end. Until Microsoft fixes the device metadata retrieval URL, you can disable the metadata retrieval option in system properties.

Launch sysdm.cpl via the Run dialog (Win + R)

    Click on the Hardware tab.

    Click “Device installation settings.”

Click “No (your device might not work as expected).

Click Save Changes, and click OK.
