Dear Chris Lee (chrislee)

Glad to receive your reply.

If you are no longer seeing this error message now.

Then the problem is localized to the printer driver.

This is because your current printer driver is abnormal, if you have a company IT manager, you can ask them how to remove the printer driver to reconfigure it.

This problem is mainly due to the USB driver you are using is abnormal, or you are using a network printer.

Looking forward to your further reply.

    Dear Chris Lee (chrislee)

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

Regarding your question, the reported error is due to the .net architecture not being called correctly.

You can press WIN+R and type OUTLOOK /SAFE

    to enter Outlook's Safe Mode.

    Open OUTLOOK - File - Options - Add-ons - Manage COM Add-ons - Go to - .

    Uncheck non-Microsoft add-ons.

Problem with printer driver not loading:

There is an error reported in the log about the FUJI printer call.

You can press WIN+R and type CONTROL to enter the Control Panel -

    View as: Category

Go to Hardware and Sound - Devices and Printers - Set the preset printer to Microsoft Print to PDF.

Open Outlook again and test if the error is still there.

Hope the above information can help you.

Looking forward to your further reply.

    Dear Chris Lee (chrislee)

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community

Based on your description, I understand that you seem to be having trouble launching the outlook application, so please point out if I am misunderstanding you.

The information you have provided only seems to mention specifically which modules did not load successfully and the version numbers of the modules that did not load.

I am unable to understand from this information you have provided what specific error you are encountering with your launcher.

Could you please reply below with the error message (error code or something like that) or a screenshot of your error screen when you start outlook, just copy and paste it into the text box.

More information will help me to better understand your problem and provide you with a solution that better fits your problem. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

I look forward to hearing from you!
