    Hi, Ismaiel Iqbal

    Thanks for your reply.

You can try replacing the hard drive to see if it’s the issue. RAM is unlikely to cause the problem you described. When RAM has issues, it usually results in a blue screen with an error code rather than an inability to find the boot loader.

Because the thing is when I install a fresh windows onto the pc it works just fine Everything but after I switch it off or a Force shut down it deleates its operating system

    Hi, Ismaiel Iqbal

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

Based on your description, this issue keeps recurring, which suggests that your PC might have a hardware problem causing the boot loader to be repeatedly lost. For this type of issue, please back up your important data first, then thoroughly format the hard drive and use the official Microsoft ISO to reinstall the system.

Please ensure that you backup any important data, including Documents, Pictures, Videos, and more. After that, you can find instructions on how to install Windows 10/11 in the following article by MVP Andre:How to: Perform a Custom Installation of Windows 11 and Windows 10 or - Microsoft Community

If the problem persists, you will need to contact Lenovo for hardware-related assistance, as it is likely that the hard drive itself has some issues causing this problem.(A sudden power outage can cause hardware damage, which is a random occurrence. It might not have caused any issues before, but one day it could suddenly become a problem.)

    Best regards
