Windows 11 - Random Blue Screen & Instability Issues

Hi there, I would really appreciate assistance on this.

My PC specs are as follows:

MSI MPG Z790 Edge Wifi

Intel i7-14700K

RTX 3080 Ti FTW3 ULTRA

DDR5-6400 32GB

1200W 80+ Platinum

My PC has been giving me occasional freezes (only happens while browsing/watching videos but has never happened whilst gaming). The random freezes usually starts by being unable to move my mouse, to my monitor going black and then coming back on again, usually accompanied with a

device connecting/disconnecting sound that Windows plays.

However today, my PC froze but instead led to a sudden BSOD instead of the typical monitor blackscreen-restart.

Looking in the event viewer I can't find anything that is suggesting the cause of crashing. The blue screen is showing a code but it disappears in less than 1 second and the PC reboots so I'm not sure what the code actually is.

After today's BSOD, a Minidump file was generated. Hence I've attached a ZIP file link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AWtRylVOfjpo6S77eszUTD74MaObU0ya/view?usp=drive_link
I
am unsure if my PC's instability issues is due to a degraded CPU Processor as the seller did quite a number of stress-testing prior to the recent news of Intel Core 13th & 14th Gen CPU instability issues.

    Hello, RanzouSG.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

From your description, I understand that your computer has a Windows blue screen error.

I read the dmp file you shared.

The dmp log mentioned ksUSBa64.sys and webwallpaper32.

We can test step by step to further find out the cause of the blue screen error.

    1. Don't use webwallpaper, then test it.
    2. Tested without USB sound card or other external devices.
    3. Do 1 and 2 at the same time and then test.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

If a new blue screen appears, please share the new blue screen log.

If there are any updates, please feel free to reply.

    Best regards.
