Windows 11 BSODs

Hello,

I actually get one bluescreen everyday at the first boot of my computer. I don't know why but it becomes really frustrating and I am unable to reproduce it. I got minidump files but I don't know how I should exploit them. The last one I got was a MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and all I understood from the Minidump is that the kernel or a module tried to dereference a near-zero address.

Can you help me debugging my computer ? Here are the latest 2 minidumps (I don't know why others are not here anymore) https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/17xW9a4JB6ImdjKzMRrLYlkmtOAng34-v?usp=sharing

Hi, thanks for the detailed information, as per checking and analyzing the event files you have, there are general errors on the event files, moreover kindly follow the steps below for us to fix the issue:

    Method 1. Do clean boot:

A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
    • On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
    • Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
    • Close Task Manager.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

If none will work from the above solution, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

Kindly follow the steps from this link:

Note: If the issue persists, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues.

Hi Quentin, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, can you further check if you have more dump files on the PC? As per checking the 2 dump files, it is only displaying general errors, in addition, can you please check the System logs on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?

To do this kindly follow the steps from this link:
