When we assign Audio Conferencing licences in Office 365 to users any Teams meetings that they have arranged automatically get updated to include the audio conferencing number. Is there a way of stopping these from getting updated? or stopping people getting the updated appointments?

    @Darryl ,

    Is there a way of stopping these from getting updated? or stopping people getting the updated appointments?

    Administrator could disable sending emails when Audio Conferencing settings change in Microsoft Teams. The steps are as below:

    1. Log in to Microsoft Teams admin center
    2. In the left navigation, go to Meetings > Conference Bridges.
    3. At the top of the Conference Bridges page, click Bridge settings.
    4. In the Bridge settings pane, disable Automatically send emails to users if their dial-in settings change.
    5. Click Save.
