Hi, thank you for that information, in this case, we need to run a Clean installation of the Nvidia driver, this is different from doing DDU or updating the driver as this will remove all entries and replace them with compatible ones, kindly follow the steps from the link below:

Hi Danae, thank you so much for that information, as per checking the DMP file there is a significant error dxgkrnl.sys, which is your graphics driver, in addition, the event logs are displaying multiple errors in NetBT which is the network driver or internet error, let us run troubleshooting steps for the graphics driver issue first, then if the issue persists, we will run steps for the network error, may I know the make and model of your Graphics card? so that I can provide you with steps wherein we will do a clean installation of the graphics card driver.

Initialization failed because the driver device could not be created. Use the string "000000000100320000000000D71000C011010000250200C005000000000000000000000000000000" to identify the interface for which initialization failed. It represents the MAC address of the failed interface or the  Globally Unique Interface Identifier (GUID) if NetBT was unable to  map from GUID to MAC address. If neither the MAC address nor the GUID were  available, the string represents a cluster device name.  https://www.mediafire.com/file/qrvud3i8b2cswfn/logs.evtx/filehttps://www.mediafire.com/file/jfuykcs6bj1ewo7/081724-14015-01.zip/file

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, can you further check if you have more dump files on the PC? as per checking the Minidump file, it is only displaying general errors, in addition, can you please check the System logs on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?
