Computer warning Trojan keylogger spyware has been detected. I’m sure it’s a scam - how do I unlock safely? No keys work.

    Hi Kirkiej,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Based on the original description, the device seems to be experiencing issues related to the malicious program attacks.

If this is a disguise/hoax, it may be presented to the screen as a special process that covers the entire screen area.

For example, it could be some sort of browser page redirection.

If your device is unable to receive keystrokes on the current page, you may need to try booting into Safe Mode to check further.

Or you can try checking if the advanced options provided by Windows Recovery Environment are available.

If your device is unable to boot into Safe Mode or the situation persists in Safe Mode, the driver files may have been affected.

For further troubleshooting in case regular mode is not available, you may need to consult a specialized offline computer support store.

They may hold tools for many different PE types.

In a state of inaccessibility to the Windows desktop environment, early intervention in the system's boot process with the help of special pre-boot environments or more mandatory data management tools is usually the more recommended option for emergency file management.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.
