Randomly Getting BSOD

Anonymous

I recently bought a prebuild gaming pc that was working fine for the first 2 days I used it, but now its been randomly BSOD'ing at really random times. this includes games and just browsing with nothing intensive in the background. the error i've been getting is WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR and im very sure the problem has something to do with my hardware. I've only been using the pc for a week so chances are it might just fix itself but I'd rather not risk it getting worse in the future. I've already checked my memory cards for issues (which I have 2 of) and they are both working fine.

the frequency of the BSOD's are pretty inconsistent as sometimes it crashes multiple times in a row, sometimes it goes a full day with no problem. If there is any more info I need to give just tell me and I'll try to respond.

    Please repair system files by

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

command from Windows Terminal (admin) environment.

Unfortunately, I do not see drivers for Windows 11 at motherboard site, so maybe the motherboard is not Windows 11 compatible fully. Please ask ASUS support for a clarification.

I've tried all of the above (besides cleaning for dust cause it seems new and it looks pretty clean) and here are my results:

    -BIOS update:
took forever to actually find out how to update BIOS, but when I did find out I realized it was already on the most recent version

    -Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool:
I ran it on extended mode and canceled it abt 10 hours in because it was stuck at 21% the whole time. I also ran it on standard mode and it went perfectly said no issues with the memory.

also here's the dump files Dump Files

Unrelated (maybe?) edit: the led indicator for what I'd assume is my battery keeps flickering and wont stay on. might just be broken led but I swear I've seen it stay on properly before-

    Hi Aiden,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll try to help you.

This bugcheck indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred. See details at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardwa...

Unfortunately hardware errors mostly cannot be diagnosed using dump files.

Please clean PC and power supply unit from dust. Update BIOS.

Run Windows memory diagnostic tool and switch it to extended mode when it starts.

Check system journal (Event Viewer) for possible errors at these moments, especially Kernel-Power 41 (63) errors. DistributedCOM errors should be ignored.

Nevertheless, please share memory minidumps to OneDrive for analysis.
