I’ve accidentally locked my device in my Microsoft account. The device is still listed but only has the option to lock and unlocked the device. When I turn on my laptop its claims administrator must log in order to sign in. My laptop runs on Windows 11. What steps should I take the reverse it?

    Hello, Cece E

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

Thank you for your feedback. Based on your description, it looks like you need to verify your administrator account to log in. I have tested your issue and if you are unable to log in by verifying your administrator account, you can only try to reinstall windows using the USB installation media.
