mobile hotspot does not work

when i connected wifi in laptop and then i try to turn on mobile hotspot then it doesn't turn on

    Seems like you are seeking help for turning on Mobile Hotspot.

    Could you please ensure these three things:

    1. Phone and PC are connected via WiFi and Bluetooth.
    2. The Link to the Windows app on your Android has the permission of Nearby devices(verify it in Settings)
    3. Instant Hotspot is already setup in Settings.
