2024-08-14T03:27:15+00:00 The Reset error is caused by something else. If you need to reset the PC, see if you can do it via Windows RE.
From the login screen, click Shutdown, then hold down the Shift key while selecting Restart. This takes you to Windows RE. In WinRE, click Troubleshoot, and click "Reset this PC".
Use the "Keep my files" and "Cloud download" options when prompted.
These links can help.

If the Reset doesn't help, backup your data and do a clean installation using the USB setup disk.
To create a USB setup disk, you'll need a USB stick of 8GB or higher capacity. Note that the contents of the USB stick will be erased during the setup disk creation process.
Download Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from here:
https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156295
Run MCT and create a bootable USB disk.
After creating the USB setup disk, connect it to your computer and boot from it. To do so, you may need to change the boot order in the BIOS/UEFI settings. Consult your system or motherboard manual to learn how to access the UEFI settings for your model.
Then, clean install Windows using the on-screen instructions. Also, here's an article that explains the process.

When the error message appears, press Alt + PrintScreen to take a screenshot. Press Ctrl + V to paste the screenshot into your reply window.
Were you trying to use the "Reset the PC" when the error occurred? Also, please mention the name of the program you were referring to.
