I need some help. I removed my pc from my Microsoft account and today my D: Drive lock and ask for a recovery key. I remember my account but I don't know the key. so what can I do?

If you encrypted your drive with Bitlocker, the only place you will find the Bitlocker key is on your account online, check any account you may have used on that PC and also any work or school account that may be linked to the PC
If you cannot find the Bitlocker key, there is no working method to access the data on the drive, the encryption is too strong.
