i upgraded my windows 7 ultimate 32bit to 64bit,after i cannot find my product key to activate my windows

    The only way you can change from 32bit to 64bit with Windows 7 is to have a Retail key.

    If it came preinstalled that uses an OEM Key which can't be changed.
