I will be working in some folders on my desktop and all of a sudden the folders start looking funny and things disappear then screen goes black and comes back to desktop. I am so darn tired of this, its been like this ever since I purchased this computer and when I first called someone they told me they could not help me on account of me not taking out insurance. Excuse me but I thought all computers came with a years warranty. I have a Inspiron 3471 with Windows 11 Home. Can someone please help me get this computer to where it no longer crashes, Please

Hi Nals tells me the best driver for this device is already installed. Please help. Also there is no error codes at all. The files in the folders disappear first then the folders freeze up then screen goes black then goes back to desktop.

Hi, good day! I'm Nals and I'll be happy to assist you today.

Have you noticed any specific error messages or codes when the screen goes black or after it comes back to the desktop?

I would recommend you update the graphics drivers and see if that helps

    1. Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
    2. Expand the Display adapters section.
    3. Right-click on your graphics driver and select Update driver.
    4. Choose Search automatically for updated driver software. If an update is available, install it and restart your computer.

I hope this helps. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to let me know. I'm here to help!

    Regards,

    Nals
