why does windows feature update 22h2 continue to complete and fail?

Minecraft will download but it says i need the update, so i download it and it fails after completing. Like it says download complete and when i restart my pc and go to update history it just says the date and and failed. It has done this since march 3rd. Don't know if this is related but it has successfully installed the same driver update 47 times, seemingly by itself.

Share your setup logs on OneDrive.

• Open the "C:$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources" folder.
• Select the two folders, "Panther" and "Rollback" (if present).
• Copy the two folders to the desktop and Zip them.

Please run winver.exe and post a screenshot of that dialog.

If the version number reports 20H2 or 21H2, see if you can upgrade to 22H2 using this tiny enablement package.

winver just closes after hitting okay, that installation was "non-applicable"
