My virus protection wont let me open it because it of IT administrator i have already checked my school or work accounts i have tried all the windows cdm prompt and nothing has worked please help me solve this problem. Please and thank you

    Thanks for your reply. Please try and follow Ramesh's instructions in the provided link. It has helped other users with the same problem:

    Download the SecurityHealthSetup.exe and then right-click on it, and select 'Run as administrator'. Restart your PC then check:
