What can cause a BSOD with stop code 0xc000021a ('c' was displayed in lowercase)? The BSOD happened randomly while I was web browsing with the Chromium browser, and there was video stream decoding accelerated by hardware (QuickSync) happening in the background and a bluetooth audio device connected. When the BSOD occurred, the system could not finish collecting the logs (0% completed for over 5 minutes). However, the system seemed responsive, as it reacted to a short press of the power button and shut down.

Windows 11 build 22631.3447

Processor's generation: Haswell
Intel GPU driver version: 20.19.15.5171 (if it is related to it)

There is no particular event that could cause it in the event log.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

Did your PC only crash the once, or is this an on-going problem?

    2

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
