Windows Error 0x80070643

Question

This is in regard to the Security Update 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB503441)

I have not been able to download this update since it came out, I have tried every possible avenue I can find online, both here and elsewhere, with no luck.

I am either met with the inability to alter suggested files, or the methods just outright not working.

I had hoped that by now, an update would have been pushed out to resolve the problem, but either one hasn't been pushed out, or it has, and for some reason; my computer is ignoring it.

I am able to download other things for Windows Updates just fine, but I am worried that because I haven't been able to get this update, I may have missed other possibly critical updates for Security that have been released in the interim.

I need a solution that will 100% guarantee to work. The methods I have found for earlier solutions in the year are not applicable.
