That indicates a problem with the graphics drivers.
Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager, then expand the Display Adapters section.
Please provide a screenshot of that window.

so basically, after not using my pc for a couple days, i logged in and on the boot menu, there were green pixels everywhere even in bios, and when i logged into windows, everything was zoomed in and in super low resolution and there were still green pixels everywhere. please help, i need it for my studies
