Cant eject my usb disk

I cannot eject my usb disk. I dont want my files to get lost by just unplugging it without ejecting

    Hi ,

    No, let me explain: you will open the command prompt as an administrator.

    To open it as an administrator, you can right-click on the start menu and select Windows Powershell (admin) or Terminal (admin).

    You will enter the commands in sequence: 1st "sfc /scannow" wait for the process to finish, then enter the 2nd "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

    do i put it all togeather? and when i type sfc /scannow it says

    "You must be an administrator running a console session in order to

    use the sfc utility. "

    Well, an alternative solution would be to turn off the computer after turning it off, you can safely disconnect the USB flash drive.

    Try to solve the problem at the command prompt and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, restart the computer.
