Random crashes

The computer runs fine most of the time but it tends to crash and restart (or bluescreen, unsure). I followed the tutorials on what files i'd need to upload. I used the driver verifier and it caused a bluescreen, which should mean a corrupt driver.

systeminfodmp.zip

(I've never used onedrive before so please let me know if i have made a mistake)

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

The Driver Verifier indicates the driver "SteamStreamingMicrophone.sys" as the cause of the crash. This driver belongs to Steam.

It is the only driver mentioned in the minidump.

See if uninstalling the Steam Streaming Microphone, as instructed in the thread below, will make your system work stable.

If the crash occurs again after doing this, share the minidump created by it. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

Feel free to ask back any questions.
