Im running Windows 10 22H2 Build 19045.4291

When i run task scheduler it say that "The remote computer was not found." so i just clicked the "Connect to Another Computer..." option and enter my computer user and it work and when i clicked the "Task Scheduler Libary" theres a error saying that the task scheduler service is not running. I open services.msc and start the "Task Scheduler" service it gave me a error that say "The Task Scheduler service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs."

Hi Ellen, This is Ramesh.

The Task Scheduler service is an auto-start service and is supposed to be always running. If you're seeing the message "The Task Scheduler service on Local Computer started and then stopped.", it could be due to incorrect configuration of Windows services.

Please try reinstalling Windows 10 using the Media Creation Tool.

Download the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool.

Run the tool. Read and accept the license agreement.

Choose "Upgrade this PC now".

Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the repair installation.
