Can not find script file $phantom

Hey microsoft i downloaded something for my game and turn out it was a rat so i go to the hosts file and delete it so i can download malwarebytes and when it was done i did ccleaner first beacuse i didnt have malwarebytes first so i used it and malware bytes turned out i had 100+ detections and malwarebytes quarantined it now when i restarted my laptop my powershell opens it self on the startup menu and also a cannot find script file which i was about to tell you and it opens up like 11 times please help me

    Run Autoruns as administrator and see if you can find the redundant Powershell entry.

    If you have any problem locating it, press Ctrl + S and save the log.

    Share the log on your OneDrive or any similar service.
