im just browing on microsoft edge and its just suddenly bluescreen with error "Stopcode: Irql not less or equal"
and it happen very frequently

Seems you have memory corruption. Please run Windows memory diagnostic tool and switch it to extended mode when it starts (F1 key). Note, test hang at ~21% for more than 5-8 hours means memory error too.
And maybe your laptop does not support latest Windows 10 builds fully. Please check for BIOS updates.
