- How long has the Windows store been updating?
- What exact error message do you receive when you open the Microsoft Store?
Try resetting the Microsoft Store cache and see if it helps.
- Click Windows + R key, type wsreset.exe in the run dialog box and click enter.
- A command prompt window will open and closes automatically.
- See if the Microsoft store opens after the reset.
If you are still experiencing issues, repair or reset the Microsoft Store from App settings.
(Go to settings > Apps > Microsoft store > Select Modify > Click Repair (or) Reset)
Restart your device and see if it works.
