multiple errors with first noticing wi fi adapter cant be seen

while using the pc bugs that happens

first thing i notice is internet is gone cause it doesnt read the wi fi adapter anymore
and as this happens things that gets broken(they stop working or working properly are ; task manager , settings, troubleshooter, device manager)

and sometimes audio is like lagging(?)

things i tried remove and add the wi fi adapter ,restart the pc, use trouble shoot(in my first try it worked but acted like there wasnt supposed to be a wi fi adapter) ,try some diagnosis(cant give much detail kinda random stuff) , checkup for viruses

device info: hp pavilion gaming laptop 15-dk2xxx

procceser 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11370H @ 3.30GHz 3.30 GHz

RAM 16,0 GB

rtx 3050 ti

    ok was waiting for the bug to happen (i did something that may or may not delayed it)
    anyway they seem like they are up to date and turns out thoose i count arent th only things
    i cant even use the internet speed test it brokes and bluetooth doesnt work just like wi fi

    also Fn+ ESC also doesnt work
    since i am capable i decided to send some screenshots(altho there are some delays and i thought it wasnt working for a while)

    it used to at least show " restart ethernet" and stuff now its just this

    (this last one was so slow so i asked for my brother to take ss from screenshare)

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    The best option would be to go to the support page for your 15-dk2xxx laptop on the HP website, then from there, download and install the version of WiFi (WLAN) and chipset drivers they recommend and while there, if you do not have your drive encrypted with Bitlocker, check for any BIOS update that may need to be installed
