Hi Ariyapat womgwatcharatadakul,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
We understand the frustration of having your device and account compromised.
Unfortunately, members of the Answers community only communicate with different community members through the "Reply" tool and email in this community, and we cannot use any tools to provide remote assistance.
We are also unable to intervene in processes that involve investigating private information, such as those related to Microsoft accounts.
To avoid further impact, you may want to try to physically disconnect your computer from any network devices.
If you need help with a Microsoft account or seek remote assistance, you may need to try visiting the Contact Microsoft Support page.
- I can't sign in to my Microsoft account - Microsoft Support
- Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support
- How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account - Microsoft Support
When you are redirected to the "Contact Microsoft Support" page by using "Sign-in Helper" or similar option, the search box on that page will automatically fill in some keywords and retrieve them. (Or you can manually type in keywords to search)
- Some guided articles will appear on the page. At the same time, the "Contact Support" option appears at the bottom of the page. Some issues may have corresponding preset case examples.
- If there is no guided message to match your scenario, you may need to contact online support using the "Contact Support" option.
- For Contact Support option, different categories offer different support options, you will need to select the appropriate category. For example, for the "Manage account security" subcategory or the "Manage profile information" subcategory, the option "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" is available.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Best Regards,
