Windows update wont install.

Hi! Windows update wont install. Its been some time since i used my pc, but now every time i download and install update it say it has failed and reversing after restart.

I have these specs.

Device name DESKTOP-9LCPKI9

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz

Installed RAM 16.0 GB

Graphics MSI 1070 TI 8GB

Device ID

Product ID

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Edition Windows 10 Pro

Version 21H2

Installed on ‎11/‎27/‎2021

OS build 19044.1415

Would love some help since i cant figure it out.

I have also seen alot of problems with internet lagging out, or discord not working while playing, Like sound is far behind like its on a delay.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Your version of Windows 10 is very much out of date (3 years) and no longer supported, the best option is to use the Windows 10 ISO to bring your system fully up to date.

    Please follow the steps, this is then not like re-installing Windows, it is just like an update and your personal files, settings and installed software will not be affected.

    to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can download the latest Windows 10 ISO (Select Create Installation Media for Another PC), then choose ISO, not USB

    When the ISO file completes downloading

    Disconnect from the Internet

    Disconnect all external devices with the exception of a mouse or keyboard.

    Temporarily disable any 3rd party Anti-virus you may have installed

    Then, in Windows File Explorer, double click the ISO and then run Setup.exe and select the Install option.
