some applications don't render properly

teams NEW and some other apps too have a rendering issue that makes stuff look like this and i dont know how to solve itUser's image

so i tried the network option and it didn't work either and i don't know if i should try the other two options for the safe boot because i dont know what they do. also i have a side question about the system configuration - general and i dont know if it should be like this by default:Image

edit: i found a solution, i just turned this setting in Nvidia control panel off:

    so i did try to open the microsoft teams but it didn't open and than i tried some other apps and some of them didn't open either. is it because there was selected safe boot minimal?

    Thank you for your feedback. When did you encounter this issue? What did you do before you encountered this problem? I need to confirm your issue.

    It looks like you're having problems with the GUI, so it's most likely a driver issue. You can try to go to Safe Mode and test some to see if you have the issue and get back to me, this will help me pinpoint your issue.
