Oh! Terribly sorry about the confusion. Let's try running on safe mode.

Restart your computer while holding the Shift key, then select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart. After your PC restarts, press F4 to boot into Safe Mode.

Open Command Prompt in Safe Mode and run the following commands:

    cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Ngc

    del *.* /f /s /q

Restart your computer and try to sign in again. You can then go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options to set up a new PIN.

Please let me know if this worked for you.

Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!

My sincerest apologies about that. Let's try clearing cached credentials.

    -Open Credential Manager:

-Press Win + R, type control keymgr.dll, and press Enter.

    -Go to Windows Credentials.

-Remove any stored credentials related to your Microsoft account.

Then, let's check if you have corrupted system files.

First, open Command Prompt as an administrator by right-clicking the Start button and selecting "Command Prompt (Admin)." In the Command Prompt window, type sfc /scannow and press Enter. Wait for the scan to complete; this process might take some time, and the tool will automatically attempt to fix any detected issues. Once the scan is finished, restart your computer.

Next, open Command Prompt as an administrator again. In the Command Prompt window, type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and press Enter. Wait for the process to complete, as it might also take some time to repair the Windows image. Once the DISM process is complete, restart your computer.

Please let me know if this worked for you.

    Kind Regards,

    Charity
