Cant setup MS app for extra security.

I'm trying to setup the MS app on my phone for two step security but both my email addresses that I use are not receiving the email, when I request a text the phone number is an old number and my info shows my current number.

Trying to change info just takes me in circles to the verification process to use the app, emails, or a text. I can still login to the website but beyond that I'm just going in circles.

    You can do this in the following order: first search for account and click on Get help.

    After that, click Contact Support. Follow the choices as shown in the picture and then click on Talk in your browser.

    There is no "Products and Services" option when I sign in on the Support page, I've attached a screenshot.

    Is it possible to link me to the chat?
