Thank you for providing the information!

First, let's identify the root cause.

Please upload any minidump files you have for analysis. I will examine them to determine if they offer any insights into the potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.

No, it had happened when I was attending my online classes and eventually that blue screen came and automatically removed after 10 or 11 seconds it happened approx. 14 hours ago now there is no problem what I should do for preventing my laptop from stuck into this for a long time.

Hi, good day! I'm Nals and I'll be happy to assist you today.

Can you tell me if you remember what you were doing when the blue screen appeared? Was it during a specific program or activity?

Press and hold the power button on your laptop for at least 10 seconds. This will force your computer to shut down completely.

After holding the power button, wait for at least 30 seconds before powering your computer back on.

Press the power button again to restart your computer normally.

Let me know how it goes. Thank you!

    Regards,

    Nals
