hey, i have a windows 11 and have got it about 5 months ago, i had many storage free and everything was fine until i installed after effects 2020 for free, there is no virus but i have uninstalled it recently which has caused this thing to keep popping up on my screen. “AdobeIPCBroker.exe” which says, “The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem” so i listened and attempted to reinstall it again for free, i couldnt do it since i didnt have enough storage, turns out i magically got 112GB took over and have 3GB left, i tried deleting most my apps and every one of my popular files. i checked which category is taking my storage up the most and its “Installed apps” but i literally have 5 apps left and all of them combined doesnt even equal 5gb. How do i fix this Adobe Exe problem and how do i free up my storage?

    Thanks, Emily.

Please select C drive from the top left - the window on the left will show you which folder is taking the space.

If you find an unusual folder on the left Window, just click > to expand until you find the problematic folder which has space.

You can delete the files or folders as per need.

    Hi Emily,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

There are two problems here. First let us fix the Storage one.

Treesize should tell you which files and folders are taking up the space.

    https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/treesiz...

You can send us a screenshot after selecting the C drive for the next steps.

I am looking forward to your response and am committed to working with you until we resolve this.
