Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

I understand that your computer seems to be unable to start after updating the driver.

Don't worry, we can still try to roll back the system to the previous operating environment through the options in the WinRE recovery environment, and the driver will also remain the original version.

    1. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
    2. Press the Power button again to switch on your device.
    3. As soon as you see Windows start up (e.g., some devices display the manufacturer's logo on reboot), press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
    4. Press the Power button again to turn on your device.
    5. When Windows reboots, press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
    6. Press the Power button again to turn the device on.
    7. This time, allow the device to fully boot up.
    8. Select Advanced Options.
    9. Select Uninstall Updates.Or system restore, if there is a previously created restore point, please restore it to the previous environment

After trying the above steps, if you still cannot enter the system, because only the most basic drivers will be loaded in safe mode to maintain normal operation of the system, I would like to ask you to try to enter safe mode first. The test results will tell us the next step.

**In winRE**, on the "Select Options" screen, select "Troubleshoot > Advanced Options" > "Startup Settings > Restart". After the device restarts, you will see a list of options. Select "5" from the list or press F5 to enter the "Safe Mode with Networking", this way you can switch to the system's Safe Mode for further actions.

After you refer to the above steps, you can share some information in this thread and I will answer your questions further. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

    Best Regards,
