How do I fix error Code 0x87E107E3 when entering a new product key

I've been trying to activate Windows via a new product key on a new PC. I've made sure that I have updated my windows and have tried restarting several times and it still doesn't work. Does anyone know how to remedy this?

    Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software that might be blocking the connection.

    You can also run the Activation Troubleshooter. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation. Click on "Troubleshoot" and follow the instructions.
