    Support for this version of Windows Server already ended and it is recommended to upgrade to the supported version of Windows.
    Check event viewer and see if there is any new changes before the error?
    Do you have any security program like Anti-Malware or Firewall on the system?

    Hi,
    According to your description, BAD_POOL_HEADER (19) and some system files were crashed.
    Few steps below may be helpful.

    1. Check for update to install new security updates. It will update the system files version.
    2. Re-download the graphics and network card drivers from the manufacturer's official website and reinstall.
    3. Perform a clean boot.

    @Reza-Ameri

    Only error that I saw:

    "The system restarted without an error-free shutdown first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or ran out of power unexpectedly."

    I have "Bitdefender Enpoint" at the Server.

    @Carl Fan
    I'll try it.

    Hello!

    Sorry for the delay!

    I've tried a lot of things to solve the problem. Disabled services, updated drivers, modified a lot of configurations.
    At last, I've found the problem.

    I had a drive with low space (wasn't being used), and the Shadow Copy was activated on him, causing the blue screen. After I deactivated it, the problem was solved.

    Thanks for all the help!
