Computer "Preparing Automatic Repair" Screen

My computer is stuck in "Preparing Automatic Repair" Screen and it does not change from that ... Its been 2 hours and still only that screen shows up on startup no matter how many times i restart it. The screen does not proceed to the bluescreen repair screen no matter how long i wait... Plz help...

Specs Windows 10,

Intel i7, 8gb.... Recently repaired(1 week ago) and was working just fine until today

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Can you access the recovery environment using these steps?

    Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

    On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.
