Thank you for the screenshot, that indicates there is a Windows Pro volume licence installed on your device, that is not a consumer licence, you will not be able to activate that version of Windows.

You would need to purchase a new Windows licence, this is a common problem when purchasing a used PC.

    Thanks again for responding.

But i have a few more questions:

So a Windows 11 pro volume license is not a cracked version, right?

Why is it then showing the year as 2059?

Also, volume and consumers have the same features, right?

Also, may I know if this will ever expire?

    please answer these questions

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

This may be just a glitch on that settings page, or it may indicate a problem with how Windows was activated.

    1

Where did you get your Windows licence was that pre-installed on the PC or did you purchase a full retail Windows licence from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer?

Or is your Windows licence based on a previous Windows 7 or 8 licence?

    2

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog

    1. This is a second-hand laptop, so I don't know the exact information. it was pre-installed.
    2. For the cmd command it showed this- {attached image}
