Hallo Microsoft Teams, I am working with TEAMS in my professional life. In countless Videoconferences I have observed that some people are speaking so many words/spending times, they are derailing the meetings.
Therefore, I propose a functionality, which counts the spoken words/time of each participant. Online on the TEAMS-Screen, there is a graph (e.g. bar-graph) , which indicates the number of words spoken by person.
This helps to observe and control the efficiency of the meeting. This would allow the meeting leader to balance the inputs of the participants and guide the meeting in the right direction. In addition, this visualizes the "long speaker" and the "short speaker".
This functionality has the potential to improve overall efficienc and to involve all people.
I would appreciate if you would be interested into this idea.

Best regards,
Thomas Wagner

The best place to put this is UserVoice: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/

    Hi @Thomas Wagner

Thanks for sharing your idea with us.

I have created a feedback in Teams UserVoice. You could vote for it here. Microsoft will always focus on customer’s feedback and experience. Some new features would be added to the services based on customers' feedback in the future, and your good ideas will be very helpful for them to improve the service.

Your time, understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.
